Orders placed on our website are dispatched within 48 hours using DPD on a next day delivery service (excludes weekends) to mainland UK. For Scottish Highlands, the Isles, Ireland and Eire - the shipping is 48 hours and for rest of Europe this is a 3 - 5 day service.
You will receive an email or a phone text notification with tracking of your order once dispatched.
In the rare event we are unable to dispatch your item(s) within 48 hours. We will contact you via email or phone to inform of any issue.
DAMAGED DELIVERY : In the unlikely event you receive a damaged delivery, please sign for the parcel as damaged and contact us within 24 hours to report the damage, alternatively refuse the parcel and request to be returned to sender where we will pack you a new order and resend.
If parcels are not reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, we will not be able to process a claim on your behalf. Please do not dispose or destroy any damaged goods as the couriers will call on them to asses them in the process of the claim.
